Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Plantation Pineapple Rum, Appleton Estate 8 Year Rum, coconut cream, matcha powder, and lime juice.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Optionally, garnish with a lime wheel or a sprinkle of matcha powder on top.
