Pork Marinade

Method

Pork Preparation

1

Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Add the pork tenderloin and coat it thoroughly in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Pork

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork tenderloin and sear on all sides until well browned (about 5-7 minutes). Reduce the heat to medium and cover, cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cajun Snapper Preparation

3

Season the Snapper

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Rub this mixture evenly onto both sides of the snapper fillets.

4

Cook the Snapper

In a separate skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned snapper fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has a nice golden crust.

Finishing Touches

5

Assemble the Dish

On a serving plate, place sliced pork tenderloin beside the cooked snapper fillets. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, allowing it to melt slightly from the heat of the fish and pork. Garnish with fresh parsley.
