In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, and Mackberry Juice. Stir gently to mix the flavors together.

After the infusion period, strain the wine blend through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids. Bottle the wine in sterilized containers.

In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberry and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally and allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the raspberries have broken down and released their juices.

Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.

Strain the Mixture

In a large pitcher, combine the strained raspberry juice with the bottle of red wine and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Stir in the lemon juice and fresh mint leaves to the wine mixture. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.

Select ripe Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes. Wash and remove stems from the grapes, ensuring they are free from any bruising or blemishes.

Rinse the apple peas under cold water and drain. Set aside.
