Directions

1

Prepare the Strawberries

Wash the fresh strawberries under running water. Remove the stems and hulls, then slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

2

Muddle the Mint

In a large mixing glass or a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press the mint leaves to release their aromatic oils. Avoid shredding the leaves too much.

3

Combine Ingredients

Add the sliced strawberries, fresh lime juice, and organic agave nectar to the mixing glass with the muddled mint. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients well.

4

Prepare the Drink

Fill a cocktail shaker or pitcher with the ice cubes. Pour the strawberry and mint mixture over the ice. Top it off with ginger beer, stirring gently to combine without losing the carbonation.

5

Serve

Pour the Chicas Fresas mixture into individual glasses, garnishing each with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lime, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
