Base Syrups & Purees (choose one flavor)

Method

Strawberry Acai

1

Prep fruit

Lightly muddle 6 strawberry slices in the bottom of a 20 oz serving cup or shaker to release juice, leaving some texture. If using acai powder, dissolve 1 tsp in 1 tablespoon of the water first.

2

Combine base and liquids

Add 3 tbsp Strawberry Acai base syrup to the cup, pour in 10 oz cold filtered water (or green tea if using), and stir well to combine with the muddled strawberries and dissolved acai.

3

Add ice and sparkle

Add about 1 cup of ice to the cup, then top with 8 oz sparkling water. Gently stir 2–3 times to integrate without losing too much carbonation.

4

Adjust sweetness & finish

Taste and add up to 1 tbsp simple syrup if more sweetness is desired and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice if you want brighter acidity. Garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim.

Dragon Fruit Lychee

5

Prep fruit

Place 1 oz dragon fruit cubes and 3 drained lychee pieces into the bottom of the cup. Lightly muddle just a couple of times to release some juice and fragrance.

6

Combine base and liquids

Add 3 tbsp Dragon Fruit Lychee base syrup and pour in 10 oz cold filtered water (or green tea). Stir thoroughly to blend the syrup with the fruit.

7

Add ice and sparkle

Fill the cup with 1 cup of ice, then top with 8 oz sparkling water. Stir gently to combine while preserving some fizz.

8

Adjust sweetness & finish

If needed, add up to 1 tbsp simple syrup. Garnish with a lychee on a pick or a small dragon fruit cube on the rim.

Watermelon Cucumber Mint

9

Prep fruit and herbs

In the bottom of the cup, lightly muddle 1.5 oz watermelon cubes with 3 cucumber ribbons and 6 fresh mint leaves — 3 to bruise to release oils, 3 left whole for aroma.

10

Combine base and liquids

Add 3 tbsp Watermelon Cucumber Mint base syrup and pour in 10 oz cold filtered water. Stir to marry flavors and dissolve syrup into the muddled mixture.

11

Add ice and sparkle

Add 1 cup ice and top with 8 oz sparkling water. Stir gently to combine. Slap a mint sprig between your palms and use as garnish to release aroma.

12

Adjust sweetness & finish

Optionally add up to 1 tbsp simple syrup for extra sweetness and 1/2 tbsp lime juice for brightness. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a watermelon cube.

Peach Mango

13

Prep fruit

Place 3 peach slices and 2 oz mango puree (or diced mango) in the cup and lightly muddle to release juices and integrate puree.

14

Combine base and liquids

Add 3 tbsp Peach Mango base syrup and pour in 10 oz cold filtered water (or green tea). Stir until the syrup is completely mixed with the fruit.

15

Add ice and sparkle

Fill with about 1 cup ice and top with 8 oz sparkling water. Stir gently to combine while keeping effervescence.

16

Adjust sweetness & finish

Add up to 1 tbsp simple syrup if necessary and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice to brighten. Garnish with a peach slice and a few mango pieces on top.
