Preparation

1

Prepare the Tomatoes

Start by washing the Roma tomatoes under cold water. Remove the stems and dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Place them in a mixing bowl.

2

Add Fresh Ingredients

Chop the fresh basil leaves finely and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes. Mince the garlic cloves and add them as well.

3

Season the Mixture

Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomato mixture. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

4

Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.

5

Toast the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the baking sheet in the oven and toast the baguette slices for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

6

Assemble the Bruschetta

Once the baguette slices are toasted, remove them from the oven. Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each slice of toasted baguette. Serve immediately.
