Preparation

1

Prepare the Tostada Base

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the corn tortillas until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

2

Make the Whipped Crème Fraîche

In a mixing bowl, combine the crème fraîche and lemon juice. Whip until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

3

Prepare the Avocado Layer

In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with lime juice and salt until smooth. Set aside.

4

Prepare the Cilantro Crema

Blend sour cream, fresh cilantro, lime juice, and garlic powder together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Assembly

5

Assemble the Tostadas

On each crispy tortilla, spread a layer of whipped crème fraîche, followed by the avocado mixture. Top with slices of smoked salmon.

6

Add Finishing Touches

Drizzle the cilantro crema over the salmon, add guindillas on top, and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously.

Serving

7

Serve

Serve immediately while the tostadas are crispy. Enjoy!
