Mixing the Base

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of mezcal, 1 oz of Cappelletti Alpeggio Hay Herbal Liqueur, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice. Add 2 dashes of orange bitters.

Shaking the Mixture

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Straining

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass, leaving the ice behind.

Adding the Sparkle

Top the strained mixture with 3 oz of Bosco Prosecco, gently stirring to combine the ingredients.

Garnishing (Optional)

Garnish with a lemon twist or an orange slice for added aroma and presentation.
