Preparation

1

Muddle the Mint and Blueberries

In a large pitcher, add the fresh mint leaves and fresh blueberries. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the mint and blueberries together. This will release the essential oils from the mint and the juices from the blueberries.

2

Add Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup

Pour in the fresh lemon juice and simple syrup into the pitcher with the muddled mint and blueberries. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

3

Add Sparkling Water

Slowly pour in the sparkling water to the pitcher, stirring gently to mix everything together without losing the fizz.

Serving

4

Prepare Glasses

Fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice until the glass is about three-quarters full.

5

Garnish

Top each glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
