Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Hash Browns

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

2

Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the sausage links and cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

3

Fry the Bacon

Add the bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4

Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In the skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently scramble until just set, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the cheddar cheese and chopped chives just before serving.

5

Assemble the Breakfast

On each plate, serve a portion of hash browns, scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage links, and crispy bacon. Garnish with additional chives if desired.
