Preparation
Prepare the Kiwi
Peel the kiwis and slice them into quarters. Reserve a few slices for garnish.
Make Kiwi Lime Oleo
Combine the juice of 1 lime with 1 oz of sugar in a small bowl. Add the quartered kiwis and muddle until well mixed. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld, then strain out the solids.

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of cachaça, 1.5 oz of Rumhaven coconut rum, 1 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of kiwi lime oleo, and 1 oz of coconut cream.
Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
Prepare the Glass
Fill a chilled glass with pineapple chunks at the bottom.
Strain and Serve
Strain the cocktail mixture over the pineapple chunks, allowing the flavors to combine. Garnish with reserved kiwi slices.
