Preparation Directions
Brew Tea
Brew black tea according to package instructions. Let it cool to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator.
Mix Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Four Roses bourbon, Giffard peach liqueur, brewed black tea, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup (if using).
Shake
Add mint leaves to the shaker and fill it with ice. Shake well until the mixture is well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of lemon if desired.
