Prepare the Strawberries
Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Slice them and set aside.
Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the rosé wine, Aperol, sliced strawberries, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Add Crushed Ice
Add the crushed ice to the blender and blend again until the mixture is slushy and well combined.
Serve
Pour the frosé into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
