Preparation Steps
Prepare the Coffee
Start by grinding the Illy coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency.
Brew the Coffee
Add the ground coffee to a coffee maker or a French press. Pour the boiling water over the coffee grounds, ensuring all grounds are saturated. Let it steep for about 4-5 minutes.
Strain the Coffee
If using a French press, press the plunger down slowly to separate the coffee grounds from the brewed coffee. If using a coffee maker, simply allow the coffee to drip into the carafe.
