Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.

Smoke the Wings

Place the seasoned wings directly on the smoker racks. Smoke the wings for about 1 hour, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Toss with Sauce

Remove the wings from the smoker and place them in a large bowl. Toss them with either Frank's Red Hot Sauce or Spicy Whiskey barbecue sauce until evenly coated.

Serve

Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and cajun ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
