CAFFÈ COFFEE

Method

CAFFÈ COFFEE

1

Boil the Water

In a kettle or saucepan, bring 250 ml of water to a boil. Ensure the water reaches a rolling boil for optimal extraction of flavors.

2

Measure the Coffee

While the water is heating, measure out 2 tablespoons of ground Guatemala 'Monja Blanca' coffee. This specific coffee has a unique flavor profile that will enhance your brewed coffee.

3

Combine Coffee and Water

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and let it sit for about 30 seconds. This will lower the temperature slightly, making it ideal for brewing coffee. Pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a French press or coffee maker.

4

Steep the Coffee

Allow the coffee to steep for about 4 minutes. This time allows the coffee to fully extract its rich flavors and aromas.

5

Press and Serve

If using a French press, slowly press down the plunger to separate the grounds from the brewed coffee. Pour the coffee into a mug.

6

Add Optional Ingredients

If desired, add 50 ml of milk, 1 tsp of sugar, and/or 1 tsp of vanilla extract to taste. Stir gently to combine.

7

Enjoy

Your brewed coffee is ready to enjoy! Savor the unique flavors of Guatemala 'Monja Blanca'.
