Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Glass
Start by selecting a large wine glass or a cocktail glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill it properly.
Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice cubes in the glass.
Add Cooks Champagne
Carefully pour 3 oz of Cooks Champagne into the glass, over the Aperol.
Top with Soda Water
Add a splash of soda water (about 1 oz) to the mix. This will add a refreshing effervescence to your drink.
Garnish
Finish your Aperol Spritz by garnishing with a fresh orange wheel on the rim of the glass.
Serve
