Method

Preparation

1

Juicing the Guanabana

Cut the fresh guanabana in half and scoop out the flesh. Blend the flesh in a blender until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to extract the juice into a bowl. Discard the pulp.

2

Mixing the Drink

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of pisco, 1 oz of blanco tequila, 3 oz of fresh guanabana juice, 1 oz of lime juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shaking and Serving

3

Shake the Cocktail

Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

4

Strain and Serve

Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Make sure to use a fine mesh strainer if you want a smoother drink.

5

Garnishing

Garnish the drink with 2 slices of fresh guanabana and 5 mint leaves on top. Serve immediately.
