Directions
Prepare the Green Tea
Brew green tea according to package instructions, typically using one tea bag per cup of hot water. Allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes. Once brewed, remove the tea bag and set the tea aside to cool.
Muddle the Blueberries and Mint
In a cocktail shaker or a sturdy glass, add the fresh blueberries and fresh mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press down on the blueberries and mint to release their juices and flavors. Be careful not to over-muddle; you want the berries to burst, not be completely pulverized.
Combine Ingredients
Add the cooled green tea and Seedlip Grove Non-Alcoholic Spirit to the muddled blueberries and mint in the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then secure the lid and shake gently for about 10-15 seconds to combine the flavors.
Garnish and Enjoy
Garnish the drink with a few whole blueberries and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Berry Grove drink!
