Directions

1

Prepare the Cucumber

Wash the cucumber thoroughly under cold water. Slice it into thin rounds or half-moons to enhance its flavor when mixed with other ingredients.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber and apple juice. Stir well to ensure the cucumber is evenly coated with the juice.

3

Add the Bubbly Rosé

Slowly pour the bottle of bubbly rosé into the pitcher with the cucumber and apple juice mixture. Stir gently to combine, making sure not to lose the bubbles.

4

Add Mint and Ice

Add a handful of fresh mint leaves to the mixture for added flavor. Then, add 2 cups of ice cubes to chill the drink further.

5

Serve the Drink

Pour the Brooklyn Breeze into glasses, making sure to include some of the cucumber slices in each glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim of each glass.

6

Enjoy!

Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of your Brooklyn Breeze!
