Winemaking Process
Harvesting
Harvest the Sauvignon Blanc grapes when they reach optimal ripeness.
Crushing
Crush the grapes to release the juice and begin fermentation.
Fermentation
Add the yeast to the grape juice and allow it to ferment in a controlled environment for 2-3 weeks.
Racking
Once fermentation is complete, rack the wine to remove sediment.
Aging
