Directions

1

Prepare the Wort

In a large pot, bring 400 ml of water to a boil. Add the malted barley and caramel malt, and stir for about 15 minutes to extract the sugars.

2

Add Hops

After 15 minutes, add the hops and boil for an additional 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

3

Cool the Mixture

Remove the pot from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

4

Fermentation

Once cooled, add the non-alcoholic yeast and corn syrup. Stir well and cover the pot with a clean cloth. Let it sit in a warm place for 24 hours.

5

Carbonation

After fermentation, gently stir in 50 ml of carbonated water to give the ale fizz.

6

Bottle and Chill

Pour the pale ale into a clean bottle and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
