Method

Preparation

1

Juicing Oranges

If using whole oranges, juice enough oranges to yield 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.

2

Chill Ingredients

Chill the champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least an hour before preparation.

Mixing

3

Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the fresh orange juice and raspberry syrup or liqueur. Stir gently to mix.

4

Prepare Mimosas

Fill champagne flutes halfway with the orange juice mixture. Top with chilled champagne or sparkling wine. Pour slowly to avoid overflow.

Garnishing

5

Garnish (Optional)

For an added touch, garnish each mimosa with a few fresh raspberries or an orange slice on the rim of the glass.
