Method

Preparing the Sliders

1

Season the Beef

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until fully incorporated.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty that is slightly larger than the slider buns.

3

Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Cooking the Fries

4

Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5

Bake the Fries

Drizzle the fries with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake according to package instructions, typically for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Assemble the Sliders

6

Build the Sliders

Once the patties are cooked and the fries are nearly done, place each patty on a slider bun. Add ketchup and pickle slices on top of each patty. Close the bun.
