Method

Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form two equal-sized patties.

2

Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt.

3

Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, split the burger buns and toast them on the grill or skillet until golden brown.

4

Assemble the Burgers

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cheesy beef patty, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Top with the other half of the bun.

House-Cut Fries Preparation

5

Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips to make fries.

6

Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

7

Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
