Spinach Dip Preparation

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool.

Mix Dip Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.

Combine Spinach with Dip

Chop the cooled spinach and add it to the cheese mixture along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Bake Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Toast Preparation

Slice Baguette

While the dip is baking, slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Prepare Toasts

Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Toast Baguette

Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
