Method
Preparing the Tea
Boil Water
Bring 4 cups of fresh water to a rolling boil in a kettle.
Combine Teas
In a teapot, combine the 2 tablespoons of Assam black tea and 1 tablespoon of Darjeeling black tea.
Steep the Tea
Once the water is boiling, pour it over the tea leaves in the teapot. Allow it to steep for 4-5 minutes to achieve a robust flavor.
Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into cups or a serving pot to remove the tea leaves.
Serving the Tea
Add Sweetener
If desired, add 1 tablespoon of honey to each cup for sweetness.
Add Milk
Pour in 1/4 cup of milk into each cup, adjusting to taste according to your preference.
Serve
