Prepare the Apples
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Peel, core, and slice the Granny Smith apples. In a large bowl, combine the apples with granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour. Toss until the apples are well coated.
Make the Topping
In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, and salt. Melt the butter and pour it over the mixture, then stir until everything is well combined.

Spread the apple mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the oat and pecan topping evenly over the apples. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are bubbly.
