Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Neuske applewood bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toast the Bread

In the same skillet, add a little olive oil and toast the white bread slices on both sides until golden brown.

Prepare the Veggies

Slice the tomato and avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Cobb

On one slice of toasted bread, layer the bibb lettuce, roasted turkey, tomato slices, avocado slices, and crispy bacon. Top with the second slice of bread.

Serve the turkey cobb sandwich alongside crispy French fries.
