Method

Preparation

1

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the chicken breast, ensuring it's well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Prepare the Vegetables

While the chicken is marinating, chop the green onions, slice the bell pepper, and prepare the broccoli florets.

Cooking

3

Cook the Chicken

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4

Stir-fry the Vegetables

In the same pan, add a bit more sesame oil if needed. Add the green onions, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.

5

Combine and Serve

Return the chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Toss everything together and serve over cooked rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and optional chili flakes and chopped cilantro.
