Preparation Steps

1

Infuse the Gin

If you haven't done so already, infuse your gin with pineapple. To do this, combine 1 cup of diced fresh pineapple with 750 ml of gin in a jar. Seal it and let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours, shaking occasionally. Strain the gin to remove the pineapple pieces.

2

Prepare the Shaker

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the ingredients.

3

Combine Ingredients

In the shaker, add 2 oz of pineapple-infused gin, 1 oz of raspberry liqueur, and 0.5 oz of blanc vermouth.

4

Shake the Cocktail

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

5

Strain and Serve

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

6

Garnish

Garnish the drink with 3 fresh raspberries floating on top.
