In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are well-coated. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, rinse the asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and set aside.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt to the boiling water.

Place the seasoned vegetables in a grill basket or directly on the grill. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Collect all the ingredients needed for the Madras cocktail including vodka, cranberry juice, orange juice, and garnishes.

Gather the Ingredients

Take a highball glass or a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice cubes to chill it.

In the glass or shaker, pour 2 oz of vodka, 3 oz of cranberry juice, and 1 oz of orange juice over the ice.
