Preparation

Prepare the Glass

Select a highball glass or a rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of tequila, 3 oz of grapefruit juice, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of agave syrup.

Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

Strain into Glass

Remove the ice from the chilled glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
