Hand-breaded chicken, fried and tossed in our St. Louis Hot sauce. Topped with cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, onion straws, our famous Garlic Dill sauce and all the fixings. Served on a toasted brioche bun and with your choice of side. Also available on a lettuce bun.

Prep the Chicken

Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Breading Process

Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.

Cooking

Fry the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Sauce

Toss the fried chicken in St. Louis Hot sauce until well coated.

Assembly

Build the Sandwich

On the bottom half of the brioche bun, place the hot chicken. Top with cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, onion straws, and Garlic Dill sauce. Add the top half of the bun.
