Cooking the Bacon and Onions

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble into pieces.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Skillet

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Brown the Perogies

Add the frozen perogies in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the perogies, cover the skillet, and let it melt for about 2-3 minutes.

Serve the loaded perogies topped with caramelized onions, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions. Add a dollop of sour cream on the side.
