Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Espresso

Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Casamigos Tequila, Frangelico Liqueur, cooled espresso, coconut cream, and almond syrup.

Shaking and Smoking

3

Shake the Cocktail

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

4

Prepare for Smoke

In a separate container, place wood chips and light them to create smoke. Cover the container to trap the smoke.

5

Infuse the Cocktail with Smoke

Strain the shaken cocktail into a chilled glass. Immediately cover the glass with the smoke-filled container to infuse the drink with smoke flavor.

Garnishing

6

Dust with Cocoa and Cinnamon

Carefully remove the smoke cover and lightly dust the top of the cocktail with cocoa powder and cinnamon for aroma and flavor.
