Method

Preparation of Cold Brew Espresso

1

Brew Coffee

Start by brewing your espresso using your preferred coffee beans. Use a coffee-to-water ratio of 1:2 for a strong flavor. Let it cool down to room temperature.

2

Chill Espresso

Once brewed, transfer the espresso to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.

Mixing the Carajillo

3

Combine Ingredients

In a glass or cocktail shaker, pour in 2 oz of Licor 43 and 2 oz of chilled cold brew espresso.

4

Stir or Shake

If using a shaker, add ice cubes and shake well for about 10-15 seconds. If not, simply stir the mixture gently in the glass.

5

Garnish (Optional)

Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, a dollop of whipped cream, or serve over ice, if desired.
