Mix the Base Ingredients

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Amaro, 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth, and 1 oz of Gin. Stir gently until well chilled.

Add Bitters

Add 2 dashes each of Aromatic Bitters and Orange Bitters to the mixing glass. Stir again for a few seconds to incorporate the bitters.

Strain and Serve

Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Twist a piece of orange peel over the cocktail to release its oils, then drop it into the glass. Add a maraschino cherry for garnish.
