Preparation

1

Prepare the Cheeses

Slice the imported Brie cheese into wedges, the aged cheddar into blocks, and crumble the gorgonzola cheese. Arrange them on one side of the serving board.

2

Slice the Charcuterie

Arrange the Serrano ham, salami, and prosciutto by slicing them into manageable pieces. Place them next to the cheeses on the serving board.

3

Prepare the Fresh Fruit

Wash the grapes and the berries thoroughly. Slice the apple into thin wedges, removing the core. Place the fruit in a decorative manner on the board.

4

Add Condiments

Spoon the house pickled giardiniera, orange fig marmalade, and marinated olives into small bowls and place them on the board, making sure they are easily accessible.

5

Add Crackers

Open the box of artisan crackers and arrange them neatly on the board, making sure they are in reach of the cheeses and charcuterie.

Serving

6
