Directions

1

Prepare the Crab Cake

In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, bread crumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine.

2

Form the Cakes

Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3

Cook the Crab Cakes

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

4

Prepare the Shrimp Salad

In another bowl, combine cooked shrimp, a little mayonnaise, and seasoning to taste. Mix well.

5

Assemble the Club

Toast the potato bread slices if desired. On the bottom slice, layer lettuce, crab cake, shrimp salad, tomato slice, and crumbled bacon. Top with another slice of potato bread.

6

Serve with Fries

Serve the Baltimore Club with handcut fries on the side.
