Prepare glass
Choose a large wine glass or stemmed goblet. Fill the glass generously with large ice cubes so the drink chills quickly and stays cold without diluting too fast.
Add Aperol
Pour 3 parts Aperol over the ice (for a single serving, that is typically 3 oz if using ounces β see note on parts below).
Add Prosecco
Slowly pour 2 parts chilled Prosecco into the glass. Pour gently down the side or over the back of a spoon to preserve some of the sparkling carbonation.
Garnish & Serve
Garnish the drink with one fresh orange slice placed on the rim or dropped into the glass. Serve immediately while cold and effervescent.
