Preparation
Prepare the Glass
If desired, rim the glass with salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim and then dip it into salt until evenly coated.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Gran Centenario Tequila, 1 oz of house-made agave syrup, 0.5 oz of Clement orange shrub, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice.
Shaking and Serving
Shake the Cocktail
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice or straight up, depending on preference. Garnish with a lime wedge.
