Prepare the tortillas

Warm the corn tortillas in a pan until soft and pliable.

Fill the tortillas

Place a portion of the shredded beef on each tortilla and roll them up.

Arrange in a baking dish

Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in a greased baking dish.

Add salsa and cheese

Pour the green salsa verde over the enchiladas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish

Top with sour cream and chopped cilantro before serving.

Prepare the tortillas

Warm the corn tortillas in a pan until soft.

Fill and roll

Fill each tortilla with shredded beef and roll tightly.

Fry the flautas

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the flautas until golden brown and crispy.
