Fish Taco

1 pound Gulf fish fillets

2 tbs taco seasoning

8 pieces corn tortillas

2 cups cabbage, shredded

2 to taste lime, juiced

Shrimp a la Playa

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbs olive oil

2 tbs Garlic, minced

1 tsp Watkins paprika

1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Mini India

4 pieces mini naan bread

1 cup chickpeas, cooked

1 tbs curry powder

1/2 cup Yogurt

Blue Crab Tostada

1 cup blue crab meat

4 pieces tostada shells

1 piece avocado, sliced

1/2 cup Sour cream

Salsa Tomatillo

1 pound tomatillos, husked and quartered

1 piece jalapeño, chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

2 tbs ReaLime juice

Method

Fish Taco

Prepare the Fish

Season the Gulf fish fillets with taco seasoning. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas and fill each with fish, shredded cabbage, and a squeeze of lime juice.

Shrimp a la Playa

Cook the Shrimp

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp, paprika, and cook until shrimp are pink, about 4-5 minutes.

Garnish

Stir in chopped cilantro and set aside.

Mini India

Prepare Chickpeas

In a pan, heat cooked chickpeas with curry powder until warm. Mash slightly for texture.

Assemble

Spread the chickpea mixture on mini naan and top with yogurt.

Blue Crab Tostada

Prepare Tostadas

Top tostada shells with blue crab meat, sliced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.

Salsa Tomatillo

Make the Salsa

In a blender, combine tomatillos, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
