Directions

1

Prepare the Base

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Sheep Dip Ale and fresh lime juice. Stir gently to mix and set aside.

2

Mix the Cream Cheese Mixture

In a separate large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3

Incorporate Ingredients

Add the chopped cilantro, minced garlic, diced jalapeño, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Fold gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.

4

Combine with Ale Mixture

Pour the Sheep Dip Ale and lime juice mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Stir gently until evenly combined and creamy.

5

Chill the Dip

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the Sheep Dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

6

Serve

Once chilled, serve the Sheep Dip in a bowl with tortilla chips on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
