Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the mixed greens thoroughly under cool water. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
Chop Cucumber
Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice into half-moon shapes. Add to the salad bowl.
Halve Cherry Tomatoes
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the salad bowl.
Slice Radishes
Trim the ends of the radishes and slice them thinly. Add to the salad bowl.
Grate Carrot
Peel the carrot and grate it using a box grater or a food processor. Sprinkle the grated carrot over the top of the salad.
Herbed Ranch Dressing Preparation
Combine Base Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
Add Seasonings

Add Fresh Chives
Finely chop the fresh chives and stir them into the ranch dressing.
Balsamic Vinaigrette Preparation
Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined and emulsified.

Serve the salad immediately with the Herbed Ranch dressing and Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side, allowing guests to dress their salads to taste.
