Preparation

Prepare the Glass

Start by rimming your glass with salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip the rim into a plate of salt until evenly coated.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and sliced jalapeño.
