Method

Berry Simple Syrup Preparation

1

Make the Berry Simple Syrup

In a medium saucepan, combine the mixed berries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved and the berries have softened, about 10 minutes.

2

Strain the Syrup

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing down on the berries to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids and let the syrup cool completely.

Cocktail Preparation

3

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Screwball Peanut Butter Whiskey, 1 oz of High West Bourbon, and 1 oz of the prepared berry simple syrup.

4

Shake

Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15 seconds.

5

Prepare for Nitro

Strain the mixture into a nitro coffee keg or a whipped cream dispenser with a nitro charger.

6

Infuse with Nitro

Infuse the mixture with nitro gas according to your device's instructions.

7

Serve

Pour the nitro-infused cocktail into a glass and add 3 dashes of cherry vanilla bitters on top. Enjoy your PB&J cocktail!
