In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool before using.

Juicing

Juice the navel oranges to obtain 1 cup of fresh orange juice. Measure out 1 tablespoon of yuzu juice from fresh yuzu or store-bought.

Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the carbonated water, neutral spirit, orange juice, yuzu juice, simple syrup, and orange zest. Stir gently to mix.

Serving

Serve Chilled

Pour the hard seltzer mixture over ice in a glass. Garnish with fresh orange slices and yuzu peel if desired. Enjoy your refreshing hard seltzer!
