Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, raspberry simple syrup, Matilde raspberry liqueur, and fresh lemon juice.
Add Ice and Shake
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with fresh raspberries and a twist of lemon peel on top.
